Olivia Gobert-Hicks

Olivia Gobert-Hicks is an American cosplayer, metalsmith, and content creator, best known for her contributions to the Magic: The Gathering (MTG) community. She has been a prominent figure in the Commander format, serving on both the Commander Advisory Group (CAG) and the Rules Committee (RC).

Career

Gobert-Hicks began playing Magic: The Gathering in 2014, with Commander being her introduction to the game. Her passion for the format led her to become a notable content creator and community leader. In November 2019, she was inducted into the Commander Advisory Group, a body that advises the Rules Committee on matters concerning the Commander format. In September 2022, Gobert-Hicks was appointed to the Commander Rules Committee, becoming the first woman to hold this position. Her appointment was part of an effort to bring diverse perspectives to the committee.

As a content creator, Gobert-Hicks co-hosts the YouTube series "Commander at Home" alongside Brian Kibler. The show features gameplay and discussions centered around the Commander format.
