Oliver Fonville

Oliver F. Fonville was a state legislator in Delaware. He served in the Delaware House of Representatives.^{[citation needed]} He was a Democrat.^{[citation needed]}

Fonville served with fellow African Americans John J. McMahon and Reese Hammond.^[1]

He represented the Third District. He lived in Wilmington.^[2]
