Mazaleón (Spanish: [maθaleˈon] or Massalió (Catalan: [masaliˈo]) is a municipality located in the Matarraña/Matarranya comarca, province of Teruel, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 587 inhabitants.
