Marija Selak Raspudić (née Selak; born 14 March 1982) is a Croatian philosopher, bioethicist and politician.

Since 2020, she has been a member of the Croatian Parliament.[2] From September to October 2020, she was a substitute member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe representing The Bridge.[3] In July 2024, she announced her candidacy for the 2024 Croatian presidential election as an independent.[4] She is married to Nino Raspudić.[5]
