PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk is a company engaged in the media industry, covering the fields of television broadcasting, content production, artist management, and digital media. This company is the holding company of NET. Since 2024, it is owned by MD Entertainment, which famously known as one of the largest entertainment company.
History
[edit]PT Net Visi Media was established on July 23, 2004 under the name PT Putra Insan in Jakarta. On March 23, 2017, the company changed its name to its current name—PT Net Visi Media.[2]
After making various preparations, the company was officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 26, 2022.[3][4]
On October 28, 2024, MD Entertainment, an entertainment company led by film producer Manoj Punjabi, acquired 80,05% stakes in Net Visi Media.[5] On November 8, 2024, Net Visi Media changed its name to MDTV Media Technologies, to reflect MD Entertainment's ownership.[6]
