Kyōsei Tsukui (津久井 教生, Tsukui Kyōsei, born Tsukui Norio on March 27, 1961 in Tokyo, Japan) is a retired Japanese voice actor who worked for 81 Produce.
On October 1, 2019, Tsukui revealed that he has been diagnosed with ALS and has been using a cane and wheelchair to help with his mobility.[1] On February 17, 2023, Tsukui revealed that he has lost his voice and has retired from voice acting as a result of undergoing a tracheostomy.[2] He is also no longer able to use his arms or legs and only communicates through digital software.
