Jose "Joboy" Sabijon Aquino II (born March 18, 1956) is a Filipino politician. A member of the Lakas–CMD Party, he currently serves as a Member of the House of Representatives representing the 1st District of Agusan del Norte since 2022. He previously served as a member of the House from 2007 to 2013. He also served as the vice mayor of Butuan from 2016 until 2022.

In 2022, Aquino ran for the seat of Agusan del Norte's 1st District. He won garnering 89,584 votes.
