Jarošov nad Nežárkou (German: Jareschau) is a municipality and village in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants. It lies on the Nežárka River.

Jarošov nad Nežárkou lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Jindřichův Hradec, 50 km (31 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 111 km (69 mi) south-east of Prague.
