Jordan David Lifshitz (born October 13, 1992) is an American film director, producer, screenwriter and occasional actor.[1]

Career

Lifshitz is the co-founder of the independent Production company BoulderLight Pictures. In 2009 he began to work on his directorial debut the psycho-thriller Killed on the Fourth of July,[2] as well as working on Tim Sullivan's 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams and Brothers of the Blood as associate producer.[3] He also starred in a supporting role in Chillerama. Liftshitz produced the 2012 thriller Contracted and its 2015 sequel Contracted: Phase II.[4]

In 2022, Lifshitz and producing partner Raphael Margules produced Zach Cregger's directorial debut Barbarian, which was a major critical and commercial success; shortly after, BoulderLight signed a first-look feature development deal with New Line Cinema.[5] Lifshitz and Margules' upcoming projects for New Line include Drew Hancock's Companion and Cregger's Weapons.
