Triplophysa leptosoma is a species of stone loach, family Nemacheilidae. It is endemic to China.[1][2] Sources differ in its range, defined either as "Tibet"[2] or "upper Yangtze River basin in Qinghai and Gansu".[1]
It can grow to 14.4 cm (5.7 in) standard length.[2]
