"In the Eye of the Storm" is a song recorded by Swedish melodic death metal band Arch Enemy. It was released worldwide as a single on 14 July 2022 via digital download and streaming as the fifth single from the band's eleventh studio album Deceivers, and was the final single released before the album's release on 12 August 2022. The single was accompanied by a music video (directed by Mirko Witzki) which premiered hours after the song was released.

Background

Guitarist and composer Michael Amott commented on the song, "‘In the Eye of the Storm’ is a song that was built around a hypnotizing riff and a groove that’s just screaming out to be played live! Shooting the video in Berlin, Germany with, for us, new director Mirko Witzki was a super cool experience, and the result is nothing less than astonishing!". The song was performed for the first time at Wacken Open Air 2022 and remained on the band's setlist throughout 2022 and 2023.
