Hypolestes is a damselfly genus. It makes up the monotypic subfamily Hypolestinae of the flatwing damselfly family Hypolestidae. All species are found in the Greater Antilles.

- Hypolestes clara (Jamaica)
- Hypolestes trinitatis (Cuba)
- Hypolestes hatuey[1] (Hispaniola - Dominican Republic, Haiti)
