Holand[2] is a village located on the northern shore of the lake Sandsjøen in the northern part of Lierne Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It lies about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) east of the village of Sandvika, the administrative center of Lierne Municipality, and it is about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) southwest of the border with Sweden.
