I'd like to note just one thing: many of the so called English "approximations" are uninformed garbage. If a speech sound has no close equivalent in English, it would be nicer to note "No equivalent" (and provide an example from a commonly spoken third language), rather than fool users of this page with uninformed, contrived stuff. 2001:4C4E:24A9:6E00:BC95:649C:E38A:F880 (talk) 14:08, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
