Gmina Sława is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wschowa County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Sława, which lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Wschowa and 41 km (25 mi) east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 326.78 square kilometres (126.2 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 12,745.
