History

Fusion Global Business Solutions was founded in Feb 1998 as a subsidiary of Horizon Technology Group plc In July 2002 the company was subject to a management buyout led by then managing director Mark Lyttle[1][2] and now operates as a private limited company. Fusion Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. is 87.5% owned by Fusion Global Ltd. which is 100% owned by Mark Lyttle.[citation needed]

Since 2016, John Mohan has been the CEO of Fusion GBS. John has led the growth of Fusion GBS through its expansion into North America, the establishment of Fusion in India, and M&A activities in Europe.

In 2006 Fusion opened an offshore development center in Bulgaria and the company now employs a team of 100[3] worldwide.

In June 2008 Fusion was presented with an award at the BMC Partner Forum in Lisbon for generating the most BMC licence revenue in the EMEA region.[4]

In December 2010 Fusion acquired Externus, a specialist Green IT business.[5]

In 2017 Fusion rebranded to Fusion Global Business Solutions.[citation needed]

In 2017 Fusion started a Salesforce practice in the UK to deliver Salesforce applications to large business and enterprise customers.[6]

In 2017 Fusion opened an office in India and Fusion got a certification for Cyber Essentials Plus.[7]

In 2018 Fusion acquire BSM Iberia.[7]

In 2019 VIPCON (Germany) join Fusion. A company of Fusion Global Business Solution (UK) limited under the leadership of John Mohan as CEO. BMC’s two largest and most successful partners come together to create a leading global partner.[8]

In 2020 Fusion partners with Automation Anywhere.[9]

In 2021 Fusion GBS expands its market-leading technology partnerships with LogicMonitor.[9]

Operations

The company is headquartered in Greater London, and has offices in New York, Munich, Madrid, Amsterdam and Indore with an offshore development center in India.[10]
