Frank Panabaker Elementary School (formerly known as Ancaster Senior Public School and Fessenden Elementary School) is an elementary school in Ancaster, Ontario, Canada, and is part of the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board.
Athletics
[edit]Frank Panabaker is known for many successful sports teams including baseball, track and field, cross country, soccer, basketball, floorball, volleyball, golf, water polo, swimming, flag football, and ice hockey team.[2]

History
[edit]The school was named after Canadian landscape artist and Ancaster resident, Frank Panabaker.[3] The elementary school re-opened as Frank Panabaker Elementary School in September 2019, after combining it's predecessors; Ancaster Senior Public School (ASPS), and Fessenden Elementary School. The south campus occupies the former Ancaster Senior Public School building, and the north campus occupies the former Fessenden Elementary School.[3] Frank Panabaker is considered a feeder school for Ancaster High School.
The former Ancaster Senior Public School was founded in 1968[4] teaching grades 7-8, while Fesseden Elementary School was founded in 1959 which taught grades JK-6.
