Calvos e Frades is a freguesia ("civil parish") in the municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, northern Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes of Calvos and Frades.[1] The population in 2011 was 753,[2] in an area of 8.72 km2.[3] The Calvos Oak is a protected five-century-old oak tree in Calvos.[4]
