I've never seen whale blubber or meat look like that before, either raw or cooked. Muktuk(whale blubber and meat) looks delicious. I was born and raised in Unalakleet, AK and we ate beluga, minke and bowhead whales for our subsistence lifestyle. Muktuk looks like candy(per my husband).
