This rendering is a derivative work of Microsoft's font. It doesn't seem to be explicitly allowed by the license, so I suspect that it violates said license. An SVG version certainly would. Maybe a lower resolution preview would fall under fair use? This applies to other font previews in the "Core fonts" series.
