No - because it's non-free. Only freely-distributable work should be place in Commons, but this has embedded Wikimedia Foundation artwork. Non-free files should be placed within the relevant language-specific Wikipedia (normally with a fair-use justification, although that's obviously not necessary here). -- Farry (talk) 10:57, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
