The ant in the middle getting brutally murdered looks like it might be in the Aenictinae subfamily. It resembles the army ants of Aenictus genus although it's hard to be sure because I can't count how many segments there are in the antennae. Then again, it also looks like it might just be some kind of Solenopsis. Sean.hoyland - talk 06:54, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, animals are a lot like people. Some of them act badly because they've had a hard life, or have been mistreated...but, like people, some of them are just jerks. Stop that Mr. Simpson.
