This is not FairUse, because a tracing is not copyrightable. It doesn't have to be "mechanical". Copyright requires some creative contribution on the part of the author; as Commons puts it, "If there is no originality there can be no copyright." In this case, the whole point of the img was to avoid creativity and originality on the part of the author. — kwami (talk) 20:17, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
