The description is incomplete. You would not just see aneuysmal coronary arteries on a radiograph, these have to be peripherally calcified aneurysms. I am not sure how common a presentation this is / cannot find another example on the web. What is the source of this image? Is the diagnosis confirmed for Kawasakis or just nonspecific calcified coronary artery aneurysms?
