This information re: Urban dwelling percentage is 100% inaccurate. Canada has zero refection of non-urban areas???? 200 000 + is the definition of urban correct? In my home town in Northern Alberta there is ONE city (Grande Prairie) that has a populous of that number. The next relevant city is a 7 hour drive and the Territories are surely not urban.
