I just changed the word "intervene", which is incorrect in this context, with the word "interfere", which is the correct word. If you have any doubts, consult the Oxford English Dictionary, or another of equal authority, for the definitions of the two words.

Introducing the picture on our server does not interfere with their ability to develop and market new nuclear devices.
Isn't the relevant inquiry here whether they can develop and market photos of exploding nuclear devices, rather than the nuclear devices themselves?
