There are two yellow squares missing: There are only 28, when there should be 30.

The "center" is the decagon with full neigbouring. Then: One first missing square is next to the hexagon at the 11 o'clock position of the center, or left of the decagon at the 12 o'clock position of the center. The second missing square is right of the decagon at the 3 o'clock of the center, or at the 1 o'clock position of the decagon in the bottom right.
