Joshua Mosiajah Ramell Prawl (born June 15, 1992), best known by his stage name Triggs, is an American rapper, songwriter, and music producer. His career began upon being discovered by rapper Snoop Dogg 2019, eventually signing to Doggy style South..[1] In mid 2019, Triggs released his first single "Southwest Connection" (featuring Kurupt) & (Crooked I) which is his 3rd highest streaming song.[2] The summer of 2019 Triggs joined Snoop Dogg, I Wanna Thank Me Tour, Snoop Dogg and friends tour.[3] In Late 2019 Triggs released his biggest song of his career "Girls Girls Girls" [4] (featuring Snoop dogg) & (Sean2 Miles).[5] Born in Long island, New York, & raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Triggs begin playing the drums at the early age of 2, & began songwriting & producing music at the age of seven; he was also influenced by Micheal Jackson, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, & Jadakiss. Early life Triggs was born and raised in Long island, New York, where he played football, basketball, & baseball. In 2008 Triggs moved to Atlanta, Georgia, along with his mother & 4 siblings, thats when he began his first high school tour performing at local schools around Atlanta, GA[6] 2009 - 2012: Early recordings and private life Triggs mother provided him with recording studio equipment to explore his musical ambitions. In November 2009 Triggs released his first mixtape on DatPiff called iTriggs.[7] In 2012 Triggs was homeless and was forced to move back to New York, where he landed his first tv appearance on MTV Catfish (season 1 Episode 4).
