Permission details

I received an email from the copyright owner (Dr R.L. Hymers)'s attorney (with the headers and WHOIS confirmed came from the attorney) - and forwarded that to permissions in November. For some reason, nothing was done - and the original version of the file (TimothyLin_2.jpg) was deleted a couple of days ago.

I have re-forwarded the email to permissions, and hopefully it will be dealt with shortly, and the OTSR ticket details added -- PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 21:57, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
