The "new" image

I don't really see the difference between the images as far as "clarity" when viewed alone on my browser, but whatever. As for the "size", the person who added the "new" version on March 26 changed the pixel size to 250px of the original on March 23, which is the same size as the "new" version. This is why I don't add images to Wiki, someone always has to do something to it. I always upload 300px images, no matter the subject. — WylieCoyote (talk) 00:49, 27 March 2012 (UTC)

You could have posted this on my talk page, given I was the one who uploaded the new version. Anyway, I often upload images, and will replace images if I feel they can be improved (sharper, smoother, better quality, etc). I'm very familiar with graphics and images, and have a keen eye for quality, even if it's slightly better. I'll often keep images at 250px because that's how they'll be displayed in the infobox, so if you upload it at 300px and display it at 250px, when it's reszied it loses some of the quality. It may sound picky, but that's just me. Nothing wrong was done, an improvement (if small) was made, which is what Wikipedia is about. Sorry if you felt irked about it.
