I've born and lived in Turkey for 30 years and I never saw an emblem like this. Is the author certain about it? I think this is just an image used by international affairs ministry.

It is a big mistake to register such an image as it was the official emblem. As far as I know, Turkey hasn't got an official emblem, naturally excluding its flag. I hope this file will be removed or the explanation will be corrected soon.

I agree. Creator of this image stated that Ministry of Foreign Affairs use a similar emblem. The rest is totally imagination. This image must be deleted. Kaygtr (talk) 08:54, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
