[edit]Re-posting of rationale: "... all photographs of this ballet are controlled and copyrighted by ABT, and I have established that there is no possibility of image relicensing. The high-resolution of the images is OK because permission was given for use on Wikipedia by ABT." -- Rmrfstar (talk) 10:13, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
- While I accept that this image is not replaceable, I feel that it fails WP:NFCC#8 in that it does not significantly enhance a readers understanding of the ballet. Kevin (talk) 22:59, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
- Reposted from your user_talk page: What this image adds to Sylvia (ballet) is an illustration of the style of a specific performance: it showcases not only choreography, but also costumes and the dancers themselves. With these examples of the costumes, for instance, the reader may immediately comprehend how the temporal setting of the ballet may be interpreted, as he could not by reading only the phrase "nondescript mythical setting". -- Rmrfstar (talk) 23:13, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
In re image size - an WP:OTRS ticket needs to be provided from the (c) holder if the larger image is to be used. Please follow the link for instructions on how to obtain the necessary release. Skier Dude (talk) 04:58, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
