Compare this picture carefully with the photo of General Meade's statue (File:Statue_of_Gen._Meade_at_Gettysburg.jpg) and I think you'll agree they're the same statue.

and you'll notice Slocum's statue's head is turning and his horse's mouth is open. Meade's head in his statue is more static and looking nearly forward, and his horse is at rest.
