Calhoun County should be filled in, I think. The St. Louis MSA and Greater St. Louis articles that include this image both list Calhoun County as part of the area covered. The Metro-East article is inconsistent; in one place, it says Metro-East is 5 counties (Calhoun is not one of the 5), in another place Calhoun is listed with 7 other IL conties.
