Given the persistent addition of this to the Spain women's national football team article without a non-free media rationale, I have now added the template here myself. I've filled in the basics, effectively copying the rationale for the use at Spain men's national football team. If there's any discussion about this file in the women's team article, cross-posting – or just having the discussion at the article – may be more effective as the users who kept improperly adding it don't seem to know about the file page.
