Great photo, this is what the Los Angeles area looks like now after 60 years of suburban sprawl. Parts of Ventura County and the Deserts (the photo didn't include Santa Barbara or San Diego) are increasingly overbuilt, but the sprawl hasn't extended to the point like the inner city of L.A. and the rest of the L.A. basin (esp. Orange County). The Santa Catalina Island is a preserve, thus you won't see the whole island to ever become built-up. + 71.102.3.86 (talk) 14:29, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
