I thought the same thing when I saw that template. Considering spyware is self-installing, it would seem to voilate that copyright by the very nature and purpose of the program. On the other hand, the source code is not openly available. The argument is somewhat of a strange loop. Overall, I'd have to say No.--Crimson Bleeding Souls (talk) 23:31, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
