Photographs of accidents involving rumble strip are extremely rare. I sent KATU two separate emails asking permission to use the photograph but they never responded, so I can only assume that they are not concerned with my use of the photograph.

Good morning,

Some time ago, I found this article online. At the time it had an aerial photo of the crash scene. I was wondering if I could use it in a Wikipedia article on rumble strips. At the time, I saved the photo but never used it. I need permission from KATU so that Wiki will allow me to use it on their site.

It is replaceable because you can crash your own car and then take a photo of the result. Besides, the image fails WP:NFCC#8. --Stefan2 (talk) 14:50, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
