I note there is a better (unpixilated) version of the image on [1], found via this article Note similar version [2] (slightly cropped) from this article (click "Photos" link in sidebar to see this caption: "From left, Anthony Smith, Mayor Rob Ford, Monir Kassim and Muhammad Khattak.") See e.g. this infographic for more details on individuals mentioned. -- Limulus (talk) 08:15, 3 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. You could upload it. However it should be a different file and any discussion about which version to use should be discussed in the relevant articles. I prefer the current version because it was the one originally published and see no reason to show the faces of the two people whose faces are obscured. TFD (talk) 18:00, 5 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I already did upload it (on 3 November 2013). The "Timeline of Rob Ford video scandal" article already mentions all four individuals involved and the caption also reads "Photograph given to Gawker and the Toronto Star providing 'bonafides' for the video transaction" (which wasn't the pixelated version). I imagine that when the video is finally released there will be screenshot from it which will likely replace this one as the lede image anyway. -- Limulus (talk) 23:10, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
