This says the image is "Extracted from the resource fork of bundle.rsrc.hqx", from a 1997 commit.

I noticed that the bundle was created in 1995 with the commit message 'Put resource-files under CVS, in binhex form', and with different content.

None of the intervening commits mention changes to the icon, so if it were unchanged since 1995 that would push the start range back two years.

I have been unable to decode that hqx file despite trying several options.
