Request for downgrading protection level on this page

@HJ Mitchell: I am not sure about the extent of the sockmaster's persustence on Wikipedia given that I am not familiar with them. However, would it be possible to downgrade the edit protection in this page to semi-protection while retaining the upload and move protection ... or is the situation that bad?
