This image is taken from my photo uploaded in the internet in 2004 (public domain) and re-uploaded by www.araldicacivica.it. It represents a logotype/mark of an italian city "comune", in any case the copyright cannot be attributable to a singular person or company (otherwise website). So you can remove any refer to the website www.araldicacivica.it. It can be attributable only to the institution "© Comune di Poggiodomo" and utilizable with the policy of the fair-use (italian Law - art. 70 disposition 633/1941).
