The source says - "The portrait, painted by V.V.Oak, was donated by the Parsi Federal Council, Bombay "

Pardon my ignorance, but where is the evidence that Oak painted it over 60 years ago? Sarvagnya 08:55, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
