Yes it does; it means "Draw a line up to the curve from the indicated length. Then draw left to the percentage. That percentage is the percentage of the male population whose penis length is that length or shorter." - If you do that for 6 inches, you get a figure of 70% - i.e. 70% of the population have penises 6 inches or shorter in length.

Are you serious? I mean, I'm around 7 inches and by that graph that means I'm the same or bigger than 95% of the population. As much as I'd like to believe that, surely it isn't true... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.72.46.172 (talk) 01:11, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
