SVG experts? This needs updating!

SPUI created this a decade ago and it's great. It needs some tweaks, though. If I was good with an SVG editor, I'd be tempted to do something about it.

Amtrak controls but does not own some segments on the map. Amtrak leases CSX's Hudson Subdivision from Poughkeepsie to Schenectady (and the blue overlay needs to be added below Poughkeepsie since MNRR runs regional service to there).

Amtrak controls, but does not own or lease, the section of the NEC from the RI state line to at least Back Bay if not all the way into South Station. Those two things need to be reflected on the map with a red line (and a note that the red designates a line that Amtrak "controls" the line).

The black line that extends north from Palmer, Mass, needs to be relocated to the line north of Springfield since the Vermonter was rerouted years ago. Likewise, there is now CDOT CT Rail regional service from New Haven up to Springfield, so the blue overlay needs to be extended.
