The result was to delete the image.

Fair use or not?

Any other picture of MMcC will be in copyright. I chose this one because it is on the website of the newspaper (The Independent) with which he is most associated.
I have never met or before now corresponded with MMcC, but my father has. I have emailed MMcC to ask for his opinion on the picture. I suggest that any decision on retention or deletion wait upon his reply - relevant parts of which I intend to post here. Narky Blert (talk) 00:20, 5 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
