This vector image isn't an accurate repreduction of the metric seal. Even a casual glance at the source PDF reveals the differences. It looks like it was automatically generated by a program (like Corel Trace) instead of done by hand. It seems odd to use such an inaccurate image to represent the seal of a body of highly accurate measurements. Perhaps a raster copy from official documentation would be better (at least until someone provides or creates an accurate vector trace).
