POV because the status of Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh are incorrectly depicted. =Nichalp «Talk»= 11:08, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What do you mean, incorrect? Kashmir seems to be drawn according to zones of actual control as far as I can see. It's more like Image:IndiaLocation.png has a problem because (from what I can see) it colours all of Kashmir as Indian. So-called "Arunachal Pradesh" is not included in the Chinese border in this image.
No case to answer, your honour. --Sumple (Talk) 06:54, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Image:IndiaLocation.png could be much better, but it does have a different shade for Kashmir. The problem with this map is Aksai Chin (shown as undisputed part of PR China) and Arunachal Pradesh (shown undisputed part of India.) deeptrivia (talk) 00:56, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I see. Didn't realise there was another colour being used. --Sumple (Talk) 00:58, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Claimed areas

[edit]

How about using a lighter green color (like the Indian map) claimed but not administrated by the PRC? Aran|heru|nar 09:20, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Or orange, to have it stand out more? Blast 17.03.07 2313 (UTC)
That is a good idea. --212.247.27.164 (talk) 12:40, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've changed this image and also the Indian one to orange and a lighter shade of green. What do you you think? --Shibo77 (talk) 21:38, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
