I feel this diagram does not really accurately represent the process of using haemostatic techniques - for example, haemostatic agents, tourniquets and harms pharmaceutical agents (of which rFVIIa is one) are not used or considered in sequence, but are appropriate for different types and locations of bleeding. The author does not seem to quote adequate evidence for this model.
