Contested deletion

This file should not be speedily deleted for having an invalid fair-use claim, because a letter from the image's owner providing consent for the image to be published under the free license "Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0" (unported) and GNU Free Documentation License (unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts or back-cover texts) is on file. The image was uploaded over three months ago, on January 23, 2012, and accepted without incident by Wikipedia's reviewers as having a valid fair-use claim. I don't see why the validity of an already-approved image is now being questioned. --Bernie44 (talk) 22:56, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
